Superb location and excellent value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was large, clean, bright and comfortable.

The bed was comfortable but a little small. The shower took a while to drain away. Breakfast was relatively simple and served off-site.

Beautiful building and rooms with the view. Location so close to airport shuttle at reasonable price as well as Madrid shopping centers and all the famous attractions of Madrid.

I almost thought i could give a good review, but the dingy hallway had a dirty rug runner and there was so much noise at 730am that it ruined my sleep. I also expected a lovely welcome gift for my troubles but received nothing. This isn't how you treat a distinguished guest!

Beautiful place for a visit to Madrid with WONDERFUL location right in the heart of Madrid and great services. Location just next door to Callao metro stop, and many cafes.

The staff were friendly, offering local tips and providing a warm welcome. The room was clean and spacious with a great shower, and I appreciated the modern amenities.

Everything was perfect. Perfect location on the Gran via, very nice rooms decorated in a lovely way, staff was very friendly (especially Claudia) spoke good english and always helpfull! When we arrived we received a small drink as welcome present and as a promotion we got breakfast coupons to consume in a lovely bar on the corner for all the days (free of charge). Excellent Wi-Fi all over the place! Would definately reccomend this place to everyone!

The shower was tight, but I loved the comfy bed for a good night's sleep!

When I opted to book the room, there were no reviews, so I booked for 01 night. When I visited the room, I extended my stay to the actual of 05 nights. There are a lot of things to mention. 1- The hostel is at the 5th floor, which is a plus as the traffic noise from the Gran Via is reduced a lot at that level. 2- The hostel is newly refurbished and has excellent rooms. 3- The Lift operates 24 hours. 4- Complementary breakfast cards are provided by hostel (free of charge) for a restaurant at a distance of 2 minutes from hostel. 5- The staff is always on their toes to help you out with any problem you have. 6- The receptionist speaks good english, however, the staff also communicates with google translation. 7- Rooms are noise proof and clean. Toiletries are maintained. 8- Wi-fi is excellent and free of charge. 9- Located on prime location. 10- Prostitutes are not entertained. 11- Best budget family accommodation.
